Need help with XX? We answer questions about using the app, restoring a backup, privacy settings and reminders. XX has no account and no server, so most issues can be solved on the device itself.
Contact support
Email us with a short description of the issue. If relevant, include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, the XX version shown in Profile, and the steps that led to the problem.
Your data stays on your device
XX stores workspaces, tips, courses, tasks, events and notes only in the app's own storage on your device. There is no sign-in and nothing is uploaded. Deleting the app removes all of its data; keep a backup first if you want to restore it later.
Backup and restore
Open Profile ▸ Backup to export a backup file, and Restore to bring it back on the same or another device. Restore offers Merge (keeps what is already there) or Replace (XX keeps a safety copy of the previous data before replacing).
Earnings privacy
Amounts in Tips are hidden on Home by default. Change the display mode (Hidden, Range, Last two digits, Exact) in Profile ▸ Earnings privacy, or tap the eye button on a card to reveal values temporarily. Editing screens and exports always show exact values.
Reminders
Reminders are local notifications. If one does not arrive, allow notifications for XX in iOS Settings ▸ Notifications and check that Focus modes are not silencing them.
Language
XX follows the system language and offers English and Simplified Chinese. Change it in Profile ▸ Language.
Privacy requests
XX holds no copy of your data anywhere, so there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on your behalf. For any privacy question, write to admin@aixxinc.com or read the Privacy Policy.

数据只保存在你的设备上
XX 没有账号，也没有服务器；工作空间、小费、课程、任务、日程与备注都只保存在应用的本地存储中。删除应用会移除全部数据，如需日后恢复请先导出备份。
备份与恢复
在「我的 ▸ 备份」中导出备份文件，在「恢复」中导入。恢复可选「合并」或「替换」，替换前 XX 会自动保留一份安全副本。
收入隐私
小费金额在首页默认隐藏。可在「我的 ▸ 收入隐私」中选择隐藏、区间、后两位或精确显示，或点击卡片上的眼睛按钮临时显示。编辑界面与导出始终显示精确数值。
提醒
提醒为本地通知。若未收到，请在 iOS 设置 ▸ 通知中允许 XX 发送通知，并确认专注模式没有静音。
语言
XX 跟随系统语言，提供英文与简体中文。可在「我的 ▸ 语言」中更改。
隐私请求
XX 在任何地方都没有你的数据副本，因此我们无法代你访问、更正或删除。关于隐私的任何问题，请发送邮件至 admin@aixxinc.com，或阅读隐私政策。
